Accessible to Filipino artists based in the Philippines who will be attending, local regional or international residencies, exhibitions, or art festivals for the period of September 2026 – February 2027.

The grant covers a roundtrip economy flight including travel insurance, and a pre-travel allowance of PHP 3,500.00. Application period is August 1 – 31 2026.
