Accessible to Filipino artists based in the Philippines who will be attending, local regional or international residencies, exhibitions, or art festivals for the period of March  2026 – August 2026.

The grant covers a roundtrip economy flight including travel insurance, and a pre-travel allowance of PHP 3,500.00. Application period is February 1 – 28 2026.
